Overview

New South Wales holds some of Australia’s oldest wine growing regions and produces rich full flavoured wines of which this chardonnay is a great example. The grapes were picked and gently pressed using airbags. The juice was then partially clarified before fermentation in French oak barrels which deliver a lovely buttery oak influence.

A powerful, fruit-driven wine exhibiting the classic chardonnay characters of tropical fruit as well as some citrus overtones and slight oak influence.

Palate

This chardonnay exhibits the rich flavours of tropical fruit and citrus. It is a medium-bodied wine with a creamy mouth-feel from the oak influence along with a lovely fresh and crisp finish.
