This tasting explores the very best of our wines in a private tasting area paired with a selection of handcrafted cheeses from the artisans at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory. This tasting finishes with a sweet pairing of handmade chocolates crafted by artisan chocolatier Maître Pâtissier, carefully selected to complement a range of premium McGuigan dessert and fortified wines.
